Peat wetlands - A compilation of material
The following provides a collection of information related to peat ecosystems. It also demonstrates the fragmented and disparate nature of current data with no seamlessly consistent national peat layer being available for Australia. Potential also exists to develop a national peat ecosystem typology within the over arching ANAE Classification Framework. (Note work in progress).
