Co-leader of Consultative Assessment of MDB River Operations for the Inspector-General of Water Compliance to assess the adequacy and robustness of the processes used to measure water at both a basin and individual valley scale in the river Murray and Lower Darling River systems. Included assessment of input data quality, data processing systems (including the bulk accounts, water resource assessment model, environmental water accounting (assumed use estimation, etc.) and the use of professional judgement in application of these processes.
